I have never done this before but I am helping my x cause he is a idiot well I guess we both are. We need to find out where to go so he can sign off on our child we both want this he don't want anything to do with her and the guy that I am with wants to marry me and adopt my kid but my x needs to sign off first so I have know idea what to do or where to tell him to go. My brothers dad says to go to the 68th court but I checked the web site and it said nothing about what i was looking for so I don't know. If anyone can give me some insight on what to do please do so.
